The man charged with murder in a Wayne County shooting was in court on Friday. The judge decided there is enough evidence for the case to go to a grand jury. Lee Thomas is charged with second degree murder in the killing of 34-year-old Brett Brookover. Thomas is also charged with attempted murder after deputies say he tried shooting another man in the process.
