Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said that “We’re looking at all options” when it comes to stopping the terrorist group ISIS, including going into Syria to fight the group. So far the U.S. has only attacked the group in Iraq. Hagel also said, "This is beyond anything we have seen, and we must prepare for everything. And the only way you do that is that you take a cold, steely hard look at it and get ready."
