CANANDAIGUA — A Shortsville man Ontario County sheriff's deputies say was a major supplier of heroin in the Phelps-Clifton Springs community at the time of his arrest has been sentenced to six months in jail.The sentence was handed down to Eric Breed, 39, of 1717 Pioneer Road, on Wednesday in the Ontario County Courthouse after he pleaded guilty in July to third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.
