In the 1960s, the pop music group The Irish Rovers had a hit single about how we see all sorts of animals in the wild, but will never see unicorn horses again because they failed to board Noah's Arc, and, therefore, did not survive the great floods then.There are so many things to love about summer in New York State. Unfortunately, like the unicorns, we will also not see a return of a summer staple, Empire State Summer Games and Senior Games, unless they can be revived in the future.
