• Vomiting man found next to vehicle
MACEDON — A North Carolina man was charged with driving while intoxicated, Macedon police said.
John T. Mcfaul, 29, was charged after police were called to Macedon Walmart for an allegedly intoxicated male staggering around and vomiting in the parking lot. Police arrived and found Mcfaul next to his vehicle that was running, police said. Investigation revealed that Mcfaul had driven to the Walmart and became sick. Further investigation showed that Mcfaul was allegedly intoxicated. Mcfaul was found to have a .13 percent blood alcohol content.
He was issue an appearance ticket for Macedon Town Court on Oct. 15 and released to a third party.
• Man charged with resisting arrest
SAVANNAH — Jeremy L. Stanley, 23, was arrested by Wayne County Sheriff’s deputies for second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest.
The Sheriff’s Office was contacted by New York State Police attempting to locate Stanley after he cut off his ankle monitoring device and did not report as instructed. New York State Parole had information that Stanley was staying at a residence on Hadden Road in Savannah. When parole officers and deputies arrived, Stanley attempted to flee out a back window until officers surrounded him. Stanley crawled back into the residence and after repeated instructions to come out, he attempted to hide in a bedroom. When officers entered the bedroom, Stanley would not comply with orders and had to physically be taken into custody.
Stanley was taken to the Wayne County Jail on his parole warrant. He was issued appearance tickets to Savannah Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
• Woman sustains minor injuries in roll-over crash
WOLCOTT — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports a personal injury motor vehicle accident on July 26 on Route 104 in Wolcott.
Morgan Bills, 19, was operating her vehicle eastbound on Route 104 when she attempted to pass another car. According to witnesses, there was traffic headed westbound at the same time Bills was passing. She moved back into the eastbound lane and went off the roadway causing her vehicle to roll over once. She was transported to Upstate Medical Facility in Syracuse by South Butler Ambulance as a precautionary measure due to the nature of the accident. She sustained minor injuries.
The investigation into the accident will continue. Sheriff’s deputies were assisted by the town of South Butler Ambulance, Lakeshore Ambulance, Macedon medics and the Red Creek Fire Department.
• Two-car accident sends drivers to Strong
WALWORTH — A personal injury automobile accident occurred July 26 in the town of Walworth.
Kayla Byler, 25, of Wolcott was westbound on Route 441 when she stopped, awaiting for another car ahead of her to turn into a driveway. Devin Williams, 22, of Ontario, was westbound on Route 441 and failed to see traffic stopped ahead. Williams drove his vehicle into the rear of Byler’s car, causing damage to both vehicles. Walworth Fire and EMS and Wayne County ALS responded to the scene.

• Farmington man arrested for intoxication
SODUS — The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of Craig E. Lamont, 42, of 1004 Huns Park Road, Farmington, following an investigation into a suspicious condition on July 28.
Deputies responded to the Dollar General at 7269 Ridge Road, Sodus, for a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in the lot at closing time. After an investigation, deputies determined that Lamont was intoxicated. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .18 percent or more, possession of an open container in a motor vehicle and refusal of a pre-screening test.
Lamont was processed and released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
• Man arrested for DWI
GALEN — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Richie A. Stokes Jr., 25, of 7448 Ridge Road, Lot 30, Sodus, following a traffic stop on Route 31 in Galen on Aug. 2.
Deputies arrested Stokes for driving while intoxicated, aggravated operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .18 percent of higher, and moving from lane unsafely. Stokes was arraigned in Galen Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of bail.
He is scheduled to return to court at a later date to answer the charges.
• Man charged with DWI, traffic violations
WILLIAMSON — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Webster man for driving while intoxicated and several other related vehicle and traffic violations on Aug. 3.
Chadwick D. Littleton, 38, of 36 Dean Spring Drive, Webster, was arrested after deputies received a report of a vehicle and traffic complaint regarding a truck all over the road on Route 104 in Williamson. Chadwick was stopped operating that same truck and arrested for driving while intoxicated, aggravated operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .18 percent or higher and several other vehicle and traffic violations.
He was processed at the Public Safety Building and will appear in Williamson Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
• Couple injured in vehicle accident
WILLIAMSON — The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the investigation of a personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred Aug. 1 at the intersection of Town Line Road and Ridge Road in Williamson.
A vehicle northbound on Town Line Road, operated by Emily G. Bixby, 23, of East Town Line Road, was attempting to cross Ridge Road. As Bixby’s vehicle attempted to cross, it struck a vehicle westbound on Ridge Road. The second vehicle was operated by C.W. Lickers, 81, of Briarcliffe Road, Rochester. His vehicle then impacted a third vehicle that was not occupied and parked off the roadway.
Page 3 of 4 - Lickers and his wife, Shirley, 83, were both transported by ambulance to Rochester General Hospital with minor injuries. Bixby was not injured in the accident.
Bixby was ticketed for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
Assisting the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on the scene were members of the East Williamson Fire and Williamson Ambulance departments.
• Man allegedly choked victim, broke property
WALWORTH — The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of Michael J. Fazio, 48, of 3836 Orchard St., Walworth, on Aug. 9, following a domestic incident where it is alleged that he broke property and “choked” the victim causing injury.
He was charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and criminal mischief.
Fazio was arraigned in Walworth Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $3,000.
A stay away order of protection was issued. He is to return to court to answer the charges at a later date.
• Woman arrested for harassment
SAVANNAH — Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Adria S. Brunn, 33, of 2376 Bixbywood Road, Savannah, for aggravated harassment.
It is alleged that Brunn sent 19 text messages and made nine phone calls to the victim. Brunn had been previously advised by the victim and law enforcement to have no contact with the victim.
She was arraigned in Galen Town Court and committed to the Wayne County Correctional Institution on a $500 cash bail or $1,000 insured bond. Brunn is to appear at Savannah Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
• Woman arrested for allegedly stealing cash
LYONS — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Amanda C. Hargrave, 27, of Ontario, for fourth-degree larceny.
The arrest was the result of an investigation of a larceny complaint from Cleary Insurance in Walworth on July 29. As a result, Hargrave was charged for allegedly stealing $1,500 in cash from the insurance company. Hargrave turned herself into the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office on Aug. 13.
She was released on an appearance ticket and is due to return to Walworth Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
• Man charged with sexual abuse
WALWORTH — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Scott R. Stambach, 62, of 1817 Atlantic Ave., Walworth, on Aug. 15, after an investigation for child sex abuse.
Stambach was charged with first-degree sexual abuse and arraigned in Macedon Town Court. He was committed to the Wayne County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 insurance bond. He will return to court at a later date.
• Accident leads to DWI arrest
ONTARIO — John A. Nardone, 28, of Slocum Road, Ontario, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Aug. 11.
The arrest was the result of an investigation by Wayne County Sheriff deputies of a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Route 104 at the intersection of Slocum Road. As a result, Nardone was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a BAC greater than .18 percent, three counts of felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle (Leandra’s Law), first-degree felony aggravated unlicensed operation, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and various traffic violations.

• Man arrested for shoplifting
WILLIAMSON — The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of Rodney Smith III, 20, of Warren Avenue, New Smyrna, on Aug. 16.
Patrols were called to the Breen’s Shop N Save in Williamson for the report of a shoplifter. After an investigation, Smith was arrested for petit larceny.
He pled guilty in the Williamson Town Court and was sentenced to serve time in the Wayne County Jail.
• Woman charged with trespassing
WOLCOTT — Joni D. Caine, 55, of 6071 Lake St., village of Wolcott, was arrested for trespassing after an investigation into Caine entering the hotel room of her estranged husband without his consent.
She was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and arraigned in Ontario Town Court.
She was remanded to the Wayne County Jail on bail. She is scheduled to return to court at a later date to answer the charges.
