  • A Farmington man is facing charges after Macedon police said he fought with police officers outside of Walmart in Macedon.
Anthony D. Marrero, 25, is charged with resisting arrest, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and second-degree assault.
Police said Thursday that Marrero was walking outside of Walmart wearing a Jason character mask from the "Friday the 13th" films. Police said they learned that Marrero was wanted in Ontario County for felony drug sales and attempted to place him into custody.
Police allege Marrero became violent and fought with officers, and they had to subdue him with a Taser. An officer suffered a leg injury and was treated and released from a local hospital, police said.
Marrero was sent to the Wayne County Jail on $25,000 cash bail.
