According to police, the suspect caused $8,500 of damage to the victim's motor vehicle by allegedly pouring two quarts of his own urine over the interior of the vehicle, along with inside the defroster vents. The interior damage rendered the vehicle unusable and the damage was covered by the victim's insurance company, deputies said. The incident occurred at 6 a.m. Oct. 2, police said.
Other charges are still pending, police said. An order of protection is in place — issued by the Phelps Town Court — which orders the suspect to stay away from the victim, deputies said.
