I haven't posted about cheese in a while, but the Hannahbells I had this weekend inspired me to post about a few of my recent favorites. I purchased all of these cheeses at my local supermarket.

Hannahbells

These tiny handmade cheeses are from Shy Brothers and are absolutely delicious.
They're the size and shape of thimbles, have a thin rind and a slightly creamy center.

Saint Albray

This French cheese has a tangy, almost bitter finish. It's formed into a flower shape with a hollow center, which gives each wedge its unique shape. It's soft-ripened and similar to, but less intense than a camembert. Just stinky enough.

Triple Creme Goat Brie

This cheese from Woolwich Dairy is very creamy and a little earthy. It's got the tang of goat cheese, but isn't overwhelmingly goaty.
