Clinton J. "Duck" McDonald, 57, died Nov. 1 at Strong Memorial Hospital, Rochester.

Clint was born in Camp LaJune, N.C. on Jan. 27, 1956, son of Clinton and Jean Lindstrom McDonald. He was an auto mechanic working for Mac’s Body Shop, Hometown Auto, Lyons Auto Parts, Sullivan’s in Williamson and Pitts Ford. He served 16 years in the Marines and Army.
Clint is survived by his wife of four years, Darla Wirth McDonald; sons, Jeremy (Angela) Joshua (Mary) McDonald of California, Justin of Lyons, Joseph (Cathy) Coururier Clinton (Bba) McDonald; daughter, Shawna (Thomas) Lorverer of California; his mother, Jean (Chuck Lindstrom); father, Clinton McDonald of Newark; brothers, William (Heidi) McDonald, David (Tammy) Kotvis, James McDonald, Douglas (Robin) David (Joanne) McDonald, Kevin (Kristin) and Mark McDonald; sister, Dawn (Tim) Mathis; 13 grandchildren; nieces; and nephews.
