  • WATERLOO — The Honeoye girls bowling team defeated Romulus/South Seneca, 7-0, Monday at Sunset Bowl. The Bulldogs finished with a total score of 1,907 to the Warriors' 1,442.
    Samantha Marshall led Honeoye with a 605 series, including a high game of 215. Teammate Katlyn Bennett bowled a 359.
    Jordan Scialdone led Romulus/South Seneca with a 385 series.

    HAC 7, Naples 0
    The Wolves knocked down 1,709 total pins to the Big Green's 797 at Clover Lanes on Monday. Mallory Mintz led HAC with a three-game series of 387. Teammate Heather Barber bowled a 384, and Ashley Sankowski bowled a 381. Alanis Frank led the Big Green with a 339 series.
    Rush-Henrietta 5, Victor 2
    The Royal Comets knocked down 1,617 total pins to the Blue Devils' 1,534 at Clover Lanes. Dominique Newton led Victor with a two-game series of 402, including a high game of 212. Teammate Alyson Przepiora bowled a 345.

    The Mustangs (45-4) finished with a total score of 2,455 to the Indians' 2,273. Brooke Parsons led Penn Yan with a three-game series of 693, including a high game of 278. Teammate Courtney Ottaviano bowled a 457, and Emily Snyder bowled a 442.

    The Bulldogs finished with a total score of 2,044 to the Warriors' 1,741. Scott Westcott led Honeoye with a three-game series of 492, including a high game of 191. Teammate Nathan Brewer bowled a 484 series. Jack Langley led Romulus/South Seneca with a 406 series.

    The Wolves knocked down 2,243 pins to the Big Green's 1,933 at Clover Lanes. Derek Kronenberger led HAC with a three-game series of 600, including a 265 game. Teammate TJ Ellinger bowled a 468, and Alex Frenett bowled a 411. Hendrik Huber led the Big Green with a 450 series, and Phil Hall bowled a 422.

    The Royal Comets finished with a total score of 1,919 to the Blue Devils' 1,825. Zack Day bowled the high game (267) and series (470) for Victor. Teammate Scott Stephenson bowled a 372 series.

    The Mustangs (33-16) finished with a total score of 2,797 to the Indians' 2,740. Pete Fox bowled a 644 series to lead Penn Yan, teammate Victor Gurba bowled a 586, and Alex Gurba bowled a 540.

    Brooke Howell scored 21 points to lead the Scotsmen to the win. Teammate Megan Howell added 14 points, and Tristine Dombroski scored 13. No statistics were provided for the Indians (2-4).

    Thomas Elliott won by pin for the Indians in 1:08 at 126 pounds. Teammate Mike Blair won by a 12-0 major decision at 138, and Andrew Ogrodowski won by a 7-1 decision at 220.

    Sheetz Tournament
    The Canandaigua Academy wrestling team placed fifth in the Sheetz Wrestling Tournament hosted by North Cambria High School in Cresson, Pa. The Braves were led by Mitchell Fisher (4-0 record, first place), Carlos Abarca and Danny Dillon (4-2, fourth place), Christian Resendiz (3-2, fifth place), Nate Gilligan and Ryan McIntosh (sixth place), and Vinny Romeo (seventh place).

    Jessica Donnan recorded her first double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Blue Panthers (4-1).
