A Newark teen was charged Sunday by Ontario County sheriff's deputies with second-degree burglary.
Deputies allege Javonna L. Miller, 17, of 432 W. Maple Ave., forced entry into a home in Manchester. Deputies said the victim came home and found Miller inside his residence watching a pornographic movie she ordered on his television. When the person stated he was calling the police, Miller allegedly fled the scene, deputies said. She was located by Wayne County sheriff's deputies on state Route 31 less than 10 minutes later, and she was turned over to Ontario County deputies.
Deputies said the victim did not know Miller.
Miller was arraigned in Manchester Town Court and sent to the Ontario County Jail on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 insurance bond.
