  • The Creating Healthy Places to Live, Work and Play project from the Cornell Cooperative Extension of Wayne County will host two Creating Complete Streets workshops on Wednesday, March 26.
    A workshop will be held at Sodus Point Village Hall from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and another will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. at Ontario Town Hall.
    The workshop will discuss creating complete streets that enable safe access for walkers, bikers motorists and transit riders. Elected and appointed officials, planning and zoning practitioners, health officials, walking and biking enthusiasts, local leaders and law enforcement members should attend the workshop.
