At its Aug. 25 meeting, the Palmyra-Macedon Rotary Club presented a check for $3,105 to the Palmyra Community Center to purchase two steel benches, to be placed in the pickup area in the center’s parking lot.
“It does give kids a safe place to wait,” said Bill Campbell, director of the community center. “These types of things do make a difference, and we appreciate it.”
