The Monroe County Medical Examiner has identified the woman whose body was found in a creek in Penfield Sunday afternoon.
The woman, who has been positively identified as 45-year-old Wendy Cleveland, of Wexford Place, was discovered in the creek near Baytowne Apartments around 1:15 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 20. The individual who spotted the body then called 911.
Monroe County Sheriff's spokesman John Helfer said Monday that no foul play is suspected at this time and the Medical Examiner is still working to determine the cause of death.
