A 27-year-old Palmyra woman has been arrested on a warrant for abandonment of animals and failing to provide proper sustenance.
Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies say Mallory Lauren Richardville abandoned two cats at a prior residence in the Town of Geneva from Jan. 21 to Jan. 25.
Richardville was arraigned on the charges and released.
