A Mexican man has been charged with raping a 6-year-old girl in Wayne County in 2011.
Dagoberto Ruiz-Barrios, 41, of Tuxtla Gutierrec, is charged with three counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, rape and two counts of criminal sexual act.
State police said Barrios raped a girl in Clyde in July 2011.
He was arrested in Atlanta, Ga., on March 15 and extradited to Wayne County. He is being held in the Wayne County Jail without bail.
