Following an investigation into a personal injury motor vehicle accident that occurred Dec. 26, 2012, on Route 21 in Marion, Wayne County sheriff’s deputies arrested Daniel R. Roeland, 32, of Fairville Station Road, Arcadia, on Feb. 14.
He was charged with driving while intoxicated, vehicular assault, third-degree assault, failure to keep right, speed not reasonable and prudent, inadequate brakes, no seat belt and refusal to take a breath screening device. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and will appear in Marion Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
