A Pittsford man was charged Oct. 28 with second-degree harassment after an alleged incident in the LL Bean parking lot in Victor, said Ontario County sheriff’s deputies.
Justin N. Comparetta, 30, of 19 Squire Lane, allegedly engaged in a verbal argument with the victim and allegedly threatened to damage the person’s vehicle.
Comparetta was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge at the Victor Town Court.
