A Rochester man was charge Nov. 9 with third-degree burglary after an alleged incident at Kohl's, at 439 Commerce Drive, in Victor.
Jonathan M. Marshall, 24, of 166 Charit Way, allegedly stole a wallet valued at $28 from the store after he was previously warned to not trespass on the property, police said.
He was arraigned in Victor Town Court and sent to the Ontario County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bail bond.
