Dr. Seuss comes to life on stage

Palmyra-Macedon High School is set to present “Seussical,” a musical based on the works of Dr. Seuss.

The show is based on the popular books “Horton Hears a Who!,” “How the Grinch Stole Christmas,” “The Lorax,” “Green Eggs and Ham” and others. Familiar Seuss characters, including Gertrude McFuzz, the Grinch and the Cat in the Hat, make an appearance.

Shows are at 7 p.m. Friday, March 9, and at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 10 at the Palmyra-Macedon Performing Arts Center at 151 Hyde Parkway in Palmyra.

Tickets are $8.50 and are available online at www.seatyourself.biz/palmaccsd.
