Jenna Caskinett, Mackenzie Chase and Olivia Harbol, of Macedon; Katrina Lagendyk, of Marion; Jude Lester and Christina Standinger, of Palmyra; and Kara Mayeu, of Williamson, were named to Buffalo State’s fall 2016 dean’s list. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and earn a minimum 3.5 GPA.

Cassidy Hadcock, of Ontario, was named to University of Rhode Island’s fall 2016 dean’s list. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and earn a minimum 3.3 quality point average. Hadcock is a Doctor of Pharmacy student.

Emilia Mugnolo, of Marion, was named to Concordia University’s fall 2016 honor list. To be eligible, the top 25 percent of undergraduate must complete at least 12 credit hours and receive no failing grades.

Alexa Cornwell, of Newark, was named to James Madison University’s fall 2016 dean’s list. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and earn a 3.5 to 3.899 GPA. Cornwell, a health science major, is scheduled to graduate in 2019.

Lia Munoz, of Macedon, was honored with Ithaca College’s Peggy R. Williams Award for Academic and Community Leadership. The award recognizes students who excel academically, perform service to the college community and nation and represent an exemplary level of accomplishment.

Nicolette Pecor, of Macedon, was named to St. John Fisher College’s fall 2016 dean’s list. To be eligible, students must earn a minimum 3.5 semester GPA. Pecor, a freshman business major, earned a 4.0 GPA.

Sierra King, of Clyde; Devan Albrecht and Aubrey Baker, of Lyons; Tanner Fox and Ryan Mcdowell, of Macedon; Ashley Lange and Robert Sturtz, of Marion; Nicholas Graziose and Kristen Huffman, of Ontario; Richard Affronti, Mikalyn Kommer and Jon Weaver, of Palmyra; Trentin Reese, of Red Creek; Tyler Hennessey, of Sodus; Kathryn Cain, of Walworth; and Joshua Dorfner, Adam Johnson, Griffin Langhans and Brandon Martinez, of Williamson, were named to Alfred State’s fall 2016 dean’s list. To be eligible, students must maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA. Albrecht, Baker, Lange and Sturtz earned 4.0 GPAs.

Emily Blaakman, of Ontario, was named to SUNY Oneonta’s fall 2016 provost’s list. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and earn a 4.0 GPA.

Brittany Labigan, of Ontario; and Brittany Pritchard, of Walworth, graduated with Master of Science in education degrees at SUNY Oswego’s December 2016 commencement. Labigan studied business and marketing education, and Pritchard studied literacy education.

Marissa Petrus, of Clyde; Tia Collier, of Marion; Marina Ruffalo, of Newark; Travis Barend and Adam O’Neill, of Ontario; Janet Ferguson, of Palmyra; and Emily Baker, of Red Creek, graduated from SUNY Oswego at its December 2016 commencement. Collier and Ruffalo graduated cum laude, Baker and Petrus graduated magna cum laude and Barend graduated summa cum laude.

Michelle Morales and Elisabeth Wilson, of North Rose; and Katherine Drake, of Walworth, were named to SUNY Oneonta’s fall 2016 dean’s list. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and earn a minimum 3.5 GPA.

Mackenzie Sturtz, of Marion, was named to Youngstown State University’s fall 2016 president’s list. To be eligible, students must earn a 4.0 semester GPA. Sturtz is an art studio interior design major.
