Deputies said the children were left unsupervised while the parents went to work in the mall.

A Rochester couple was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child after deputies say they left three children unsupervised on a bench at Eastview Mall.

According to Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies, Jean Seide, 39, and Bilaine Seint-Just, 36, both of Rochester, were charged on Saturday at the mall in Victor.

Deputies said the children were left unsupervised while the parents went to work in the mall and the children were in an employee access hallway. The three children were reported to mall security, which then sent the report to the Sheriff’s Office.
The parents were issued appearance tickets to be in Victor Town Court on a later date.
