Macedon Historical Society and 1816 Farmington Quaker Meetinghouse Museum will host a free marker dedication ceremony at 2 p.m. May 29 at Bullis House, 1784 Canandaigua Road, Macedon.
Col. John Lapham Bullis was born and raised a Quaker. He served in the Civil War and volunteered to lead the 118th U.S. Colored Troops Infantry.
Attendees will enjoy refreshments and a tour of the home.
