I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. I am Bill Kallusch, and I am seeking your support to become the next town justice of the great town of Sodus.
I have lived in Sodus Point for 58 years; I love our town and am proud to call it home. Why, you may ask, am I seeking to become town justice? The easy answer is service, commitment to our community and respect for the law as well as equality for all.
I’m currently transportation coordinator for Wayne Arc, past transportation supervisor for North Rose-Wolcott Central School District and have been an emergency medical technician and firefighter in Sodus Point for 40-plus years. I believe I am capable of representing you as town justice and will serve with an unwavering commitment to the court and those who come before it.
The people of Sodus deserve a town justice who will look at the facts of every case brought before him with an impartial eye, weigh the facts and with a respect for the rule of law make an appropriate decision without considering who they are or, worse, who they are not.
As Republicans, we will be going to the polls on primary day from noon to 9 p.m. Sept. 12 to vote for Sodus Town Justice. I will be going door to door very soon to ask for your signature on a petition so I can be on the ballot for the primary. I am looking forward to meeting with you, talking to you and, most importantly to me, hearing your opinions on what you want and expect from your town justice.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at jockamo01@yahoo.com, and I look forward to listening to your concerns and questions. You have my word to be as accessible now as I will be in the future.
