The Canandaigua VA Medical Center will host a town hall meeting Thursday to give veterans, their families and others updates on what is happening at the Canandaigua VA and Rochester VA Outpatient Clinic.
The event will be open to the public and anyone who cares about veterans is urged to attend. That includes elected officials, veteran service organizations, non-governmental organizations and other community partners.
The meeting will take place June 22 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in auditorium Building 5 at the VA, 400 Fort Hill Ave.
Experts will be available to provide information, answer questions and help veterans understand and apply for programs involving: VA Choice; Vet Center; VA’s National Cemetery Administration; construction projects; Community Living Center; Women Veterans Program; Homeless Program and more.
The Rochester VA Outpatient Clinic town hall will Friday, July 7, 2017 at ROPC at 465 Westfall Road, Rochester, NY in Rooms 207 and 208 from 10:00am. to 11:30am.
