Megan Molisani, of Clyde; and Caitlin Bamper, of Newark, were named to the spring 2017 dean’s list at Genesee Community College. To be eligible, students must earn a 3.5-3.74 quality point index.

Sarah Jane Mykins, of Macedon; and Giulia Mahoney, of Walworth, recently received awards at Clarkson University. Mahoney received the Dr. Carl Michel Award, and Mykins earned the Martin A. Welt ’54 Family Award.

Garrett Fries, of Marion; and Catherine Lancaster and Patrick Murray, of Ontario, were named to the spring 2017 president’s list at SUNY Canton. To be eligible, full-time students must earn a minimum 3.75 semester GPA.

Holden Maiorana, of Walworth, was named to the spring 2017 dean’s list at SUNY Potsdam. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and earn a 3.25-3.49 semester GPA. Maiorana studies music education.

Liam Guiton, of Macedon; and Meghan Hake, of Ontario, were named to the spring 2017 dean’s list at The College of Saint Rose. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and earn a minimum 3.5 semester GPA.

Mariah Paddock, of Clyde; Nicole Foster, of Ontario; and Michael Hazard, of Walworth, were named to the spring 2017 dean’s list at Genesee Community College. To be eligible, full-time students must receive a minimum 3.75 quality point index.

Katrina Lagendyk, of Marion; Jude Lester, of Palmyra; Anthony Marino, of Ontario; and Kara Mayeu, of Williamson, recently participated in the 19th annual Student Research and Creativity Conference at Buffalo State. Participants presented original research or creative work to fellow students and faculty members.

Matt Wetmore, of North Rose, participated in the Language Halls program for the 2016-17 academic year at Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. Wetmore joined one of the Chinese-, French- and Spanish-only discipleship groups in the residence halls. He signed a language commitment to maintain the language integrity of the group.
