Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies report the arrest of a Naples man accused of threatening to kill employees of Luigi’s Diner in Naples. Francis William Phillips, 58, of 111 N. Main St., threatened to kill the workers on numerous occasions, according to deputies.
Phillips was arrested Friday shortly before 4:30 p.m. at the restaurant at 101 N. Main St. He was charged with third-degree menacing, third-degree stalking and resisting arrest.
Phillips was arraigned in Naples Town Court and sent to Ontario County Jail on $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. Phillips is scheduled to be back in Naples Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
