Tysean J. Harris, of 5 Sisson St., has been charged with burglary in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, grand larceny in the third degree and conspiracy in the fourth degree in connection with the incident.

A 41-year-old Lyons man has been arrested in an April home-invasion robbery following a four-month-long investigation.

Tysean J. Harris, of 5 Sisson St., has been charged with burglary in the first degree, robbery in the second degree, grand larceny in the third degree and conspiracy in the fourth degree in connection with the incident.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office alleges that Harris and a co-defendant planned to enter a home on Hill Street in the village of Clyde and take money from the homeowner once inside. During the home invasion, the homeowner was injured and sustained three broken ribs.

Harris was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Galen Court and was remanded to the Wayne County Jail without bail. A stay-away order of protection was issued protecting the injured homeowner.
