Racheal Crance, Cooper Pieroni, Mary Reid and Sumner Tessier, of Macedon; Kaitlyn Lockwood, of Palmyra; and Nathan Haines and Alexa Ricci, of Victor, will attend SUNY Oswego in fall 2017 as freshmen.
Patricia Loiacono, of Canandaigua, was named to the spring 2017 dean’s list at SUNY Oswego.
James Bridgeford, of Canandaigua, was named to the spring 2017 dean’s list at Clarkson University in Potsdam. To be eligible, students must complete at least 14 credit hours and earn a minimum 3.25 GPA. Bridgeford studies global supply chain management.
Jessica Mebane, of Canandaigua; Emily Blake, of Naples; and Amanda Anderson, of West Bloomfield, were named to the spring 2017 dean’s list at Wells College in Aurora. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and earn a minimum 3.5 semester GPA.
Colt Salsburg, of Victor, was named to SUNY Cortland’s spring 2017 president’s list. Salsburg, who majors business economics and minors in computer science with a concentration in entrepreneurship, earned a 4.05 GPA. He is certified as a state emergency medical technician, serves as a volunteer fireman and is a member of the Marine Corps Reserves and New York State Coast Guard.
Matthew Sanders, of Victor, graduated in May 2017 with Bachelor of Science degrees in chemistry and geosciences with honors from Hobart College in Geneva. He was named to the dean’s list. Sanders will attend Plymouth State University in New Hampshire starting in the fall to study in the master’s program in applied meteorology.
Lauren Field, of Victor, recently graduated with a doctorate in bioengineering at University of Maryland. She holds a Master of Science in cellular biology from The College at Brockport and a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Field will continue her research at Naval Research Lab in Washington, D.C. in a postdoctoral position.
Jordyn Dala, of Macedon, will transfer to SUNY Oswego from Monroe Community College for the fall 2017 semester to study zoology.
