Bell is charged with second degree murder and first degree manslaughter.

According to prosecutors, Bell punched Brook in the stomach three times. They also say she prevented Brook from seeing a doctor.

Bell is charged with second degree murder and first degree manslaughter. A judge will announce the verdict since Bell waived her right to a jury trial.

On the stand in her defense, Bell claimed Michael Stagles was the one who punched Brook, causing the deadly injury. He's charged with criminally negligent homicide. His trial will begin in November.
