2 A NIGHT FOR CLYDE: Jose & Willy’s, 20 Lakeshore Drive, Canandaigua, will host a Halloween costume party benefit from 5 p.m. to midnight Saturday, Oct. 28 to support Clyde Hamilton’s medical expenses. R-n-R Entertainment will perform from 5 to 7 p.m. before Plunge takes the stage at 8 p.m. Tinman will provide a pig roast. 3 A SPOOKY STROLL: East Bloomfield Historical Society, 8 South Ave., Bloomfield, and East Bloomfield Cemetery Association will host a Ghost Walk at 7 p.m. Friay, Oct. 27. The paranormal excursion around the Bloomfield Village Green will feature a disappearing graveyard, a dead man at the church door, empty graves, runaway boys, floating spirits and the angel Gabriel. Tours will leave every 20 minutes. Tickets: $10 for adults, $5 for ages 6-17, free for ages 5 and younger and $25 for families.
4 FALL FEST: The annual autumn festival in downtown Canandaigua, "Fall Into Canandaigua," is set for Saturday, Oct. 28, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout downtown. This year's events include the Canandaigua YMCA's Jack-o'-Lantern Jog, a farmers market, pumpkin carving, horse-drawn wagon rides, a kids' costume parade and contest, a pet costume contest and parade (and a "howling" contest), a musical petting zoo, the Family Fun Zone, "Amazing Magic Joe," face painting and games.
