According to ESPN, attorneys for Tony Stewart will be in Utica for a judgment hearing on Friday.

Kevin Ward Jr. was killed after Stewart hit him with his car during a race at Canandaigua Motorsports Park in 2014. Ward got out of his car and started to walk towards Stewart's car. Toxicology reports show Ward also had marijuana in his system.

Stewart filed a motion in March claiming he did not have time to react.
