A Henrietta man has been indicted on charges for a crash that killed a 26-year-old woman back in July.

A grand jury indicted 47-year-old Louie Restivo on vehicular manslaughter and DWI charges. Deputies say Restivo turned in front of a dump truck on Boughton Hill Road in Mendon. The driver of the dump truck tried to stop, but deputies say he ended up hitting the vehicle of 26-year-old Hannah Kline of Farmington. Kline was driving behind Restivo and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Restivo was arrested and charged with DWI and vehicular manslaughter. Deputies say Restivo was convicted of DWAI in 2008. He was not injured in the crash.
