Jeremy Boorum, of Ontario; Rachel Vespucci, of Macedon; and Jordan Curtis, of Wolcott, were named to the fall 2017 dean’s list at Elmira College. To be eligible, students must earn a minimum 3.6 GPA.

Leonard Gingello, of Macedon, was named to the fall 2017 dean’s list at Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont. To be eligible, students must earn a minimum 3.5 semester GPA. Gingello majors in game design.

Jeremy Boorum, of Ontario, recently served as one of four Enactus project leaders who facilitated the annual Elmira College — Sunshine Insurance Essay Contest in Nassau, Bahamas. Boorum facilitated the contest from Elmira.

Lucas Rochevot, of Williamson, recently received a $15,000 Presidential Scholarship to attend Alfred State. He is slated to graduate in 2018 from Williamson Senior High School. Rochevot was accepted into the undeclared major problem.

Moriah Mantelli, of Williamson, and Kate Ostroski, of Wolcott, were named to the fall 2017 dean’s list at Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina. To be eligible, students must earn a 3.0-3.74 semester GPA. Mantelli is a freshman communication major, and Ostroski is a sophomore nursing student.

Amanda Leckinger, of Ontario, and Elizabeth Taber, of Marion, were named to the fall 2017 president’s list at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and earn a minimum 3.5 term average. Leckinger majors in mortuary science. Taber studies in the non-matriculated academic program.
