A Henrietta man has been arrested after he allegedly threatened two food delivery drivers with a knife in the parking of Chili's restaurant in Victor.

A Henrietta man has been arrested after he allegedly threatened two food delivery drivers with a knife in the parking of Chili's restaurant in Victor.

At around 6 a.m. on Jan. 5, police say 40-year-old Charles Hauk was cleaning a restaurant when he became upset when delivery drivers set of the burglar alarm after completing their delivery.

Hauk left the restaurant and found the same delivery drivers in the parking lot of Chili's restaurant. He allegedly approached the drivers with a large knife, threatened them about setting off the alarm and said he would kill them if they returned to the restaurant.

The drivers reported that Hauk lunged forward, swinging the knife and slipped and fell prior to leaving the parking lot.

Hauk was arraigned and remanded to Ontario County Jail on $500 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday.
