The former owner of the Medley Center made a first payment after reaching a settlement with the Town of Irondequoit and the school district.

Scott Congel and Bersin Properties owed the town and schools back taxes of almost $4 million. Supervisor Dave Seeley tweeted out a picture saying that $450,000 has been paid.
