Stephanie Kukurudza was charged by state police with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a charge that alleges her blood-alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit.
A Victor woman was arrested Thursday after trying to pick her child up from a Victor day care facility after she had allegedly been drinking.
State police from Canandaigua responded to a report of an alleged intoxicated parent at the center in the town of Victor.
After interviewing Stephanie Kukurudza, 39, they charged her with aggravated driving while intoxicated. The charge alleges a person has a blood-alcohol content of .18 or more which is more than twice the legal limit of .08.
Kukurudza was given an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Victor Town Court at 7 p.m. on Jan. 25.
