Dolfona Grayson and Walter Morse are facing a judge Tuesday after being charged with manslaughter for the death of 10-year-old J'Vieon Grayson-Sutton who died after eating fentanyl when he was left home alone last June.

The mother of a Churchville boy who died of a drug overdose and her boyfriend are expected to face a judge Tuesday.

Dolfona Grayson and Walter Morse are charged with manslaughter for the death of 10-year-old J'Vieon Grayson-Sutton.

Investigators tell News10NBC the boy ate fentanyl when was left home alone last June.

He was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Grayson and Morse are scheduled to be at the Hall of Justice for hearings at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
