Jacob Noody, of Sodus, and Nicholas Luciano, of Wolcott, graduated with Bachelor of Science degrees in December 2017 from Clarkson University in Potsdam. Luciano majored in mechanical engineering. Noody studied business intelligence and data analytics.

Zachary Roegiers, of Marion; Helen Palmer, of Savannah; Hunter Secor, of Williamson; and Jonathan Jones, of Wolcott, received scholarships for the 2017-18 academic year at Clarkson University in Potsdam. All are senior civil engineering majors. Jones received the Frank M. Hardiman Endowed Scholarship. Palmer received the Wallace H. Coulter Endowed Scholarship. Roegiers received the Bruce G. Boncke '71 Class of 2019 Share Clarkson Direct Scholarship. Secor, who also studies environmental engineering, received the Purcell J. and Edith O. Brownell Endowed Scholarship.

Makayla Snyder, of Lyons; Amanda Knapp, of Newark; and Michael Hollenbeck, of Ontario, were named to the fall 2017 dean’s list at Medaille College in Buffalo. To be eligible, students must complete at least 12 credit hours and earn a minimum 3.5 semester GPA.
