Tow truck drivers are demanding changes to the "Move Over" law.

This comes after that crash near Albany on Sunday that seriously hurt two troopers and a tow truck driver. Tow truck operators say they work in dangerous conditions every day.

They say vehicles speed by them despite the "slow down, move over" law.
