The motive is still not clear but deputies say 60-year-old Joe Mlyniec shot 32-year-old Robert Irvine, III four times in the leg, chest, neck and head in the driveway of Mlyniec's home last Wednesday.

New information has been released on a murder in Wyoming County involving a retired sheriff's deputy and current Perry Town Board member.

Deputies say 60-year-old Joe Mlyniec shot 32-year-old Robert Irvine, III four times in the leg, chest, neck and head in the driveway of Mlyniec's home last Wednesday.

Sixteen people have been interviewed in the case so far. Investigators still have not released the motive.

Mlyniec waived his preliminary hearing. A new date has been set for May 21, however, the case is expected to be presented to the Wyoming County Grand Jury before the hearing.
