On Tuesday, Percoco was convicted of conspiracy to commit honest services fraud, conspiracy to commit honest services wire fraud, and solicitation of bribes and gratuities.

He was acquitted of conspiracy to commit extortion, extortion, and one of the two bribery counts.

Prosecutors argued Percoco accepted over $300,000 in bribes, most of it in the form of a job for his wife. The government also alleged he accepted $35,000 in cash.

Defense attorneys said there were no bribes.

Sentencing will be held June 11.
