The trial is expected to start Wednesday for former Henrietta Town Supervisor Jack Moore.

Moore is accused of harassing his former employee.

Scott Mangino and his wife Jill claim Moore drove by their house and laid on his horn eight times.

Mangino also claimed he was harassed into retiring.

Moore's attorney, Vincent Merante, says he's never defended a client for blowing the horn.

If Moore is convicted, he could spend up to 10 days in jail.

Moore is due in Brighton Town Court at 4 p.m.
