Charlie Tan will return to court on Wednesday for a federal suppression hearing on gun charges in connection with his father's murder in Pittsford in 2015 and it has been revealed what the prosecutors will present as exhibits in the case.

According to court paperwork of a list filed on March 21, the government will offer six exhibits into evidence at the pre-trial hearing. Those exhibits will include the 911 calls from the the day of the murder, dispatcher/patrol audio from that day, job card printouts, and certifications for the audio and printouts.

The prosecution was required to file the list by last Thursday, March 22nd.
