A family desperate for answers is pleading for help in the search for a missing soldier from Churchville.
Sgt. Carl Seeman is stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina when he disappeared over the weekend.
Seeman's family said he hasn't been seen or heard from since Saturday night. A missing persons report was officially filed Sunday.
Then his mother took to Facebook, issuing another plea on social media saying her 25-year-old son's vehicle has been found and so has his cell phone, which was inside his car. The post has been shared thousands of times.
Police in the City of Fayetteville located Seeman's truck in a Walmart parking lot, but they haven't released any more information about their search.
Seeman's mother says her son has been assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg since 2015. She is asking anyone who has had any contact with him recently to come forward, adding any little bit of information can help.
