Earl Wilson is appealing his sentence of 15 years to life in prison after pleading guilty in the 2015 crash in Fayette.

49-year-old Steve Lester of Manchester and 47-year-old Patty Perryman of Canandaigua were killed in the crash.

Wilson later tried to withdraw his plea, claiming he was coerced into it before receiving the the autopsy and toxicology reports for Lester, who was driving the motorcycle.
