The indictments against the two teens accused of shooting a Rochester police officer last summer were unsealed Wednesday morning.

Tykyal Glover, 16, pleaded not guilty to assault and criminal possession of a weapon for his involvement in the shooting of Officer Jeremy Nash.

Kamiu Blake, 17, was indicted for attempted assault, reckless endangerment, and weapon possession. Blake's lawyer entered a not guilty plea.

On June 24, investigators say Officer Nash and his partner were on their way to an unrelated 911 call near North Street and St. Jacob Street when Glover shot Officer Nash in the face and neck. Nash has since recovered from his injuries.

The indictments say Glover and Blake were shooting at each other and Officer Nash was hit as he was driving in his car.

Both teens remain in Monroe County Jail without bail.
