Mary Louis Mervis who has been missing since April 5 was located in Rochester early Thursday morning and picked up by deputies from the Ontario County Sheriff's Department on a warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Mary Louis Mervis, 27, who has been missing since April 5 was located in Rochester early Thursday morning and picked up by deputies from the Ontario County Sheriff's Department on an active arrest warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Mervis was transported to the Ontario County Jail and will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.

Ontario County sheriff’s deputies are searching for a missing 27-year-old woman.

Mary Louis Mervis was last seen April 5 at a residence on Kingston Street in Rochester. She was temporarily staying with a friend and went out for the evening, but never returned.

All of her belongings remain at the Kingston Street address, deputies said.

Deputies said Mervis frequents the area of Clinton and Joseph avenues in the city.

Mervis is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has hazel eyes and brown hair.

Mervis also has the name “Bella” tattooed over her right breast and three stars behind her right ear.
