Thirteen girls will compete for the title of queen or princess at the 39th annual Wayne County Fair Queen/Princess Scholarship Pageant at 7 p.m. April 27 at Palmyra-Macedon High School, 151 Hyde Parkway, Palmyra.
Contestants will be judged on evening gown, informal interview and a speech. Pamela Ferranti, president of Wayne County Fair, will serve as master of ceremonies. Organizers will announce this year’s apprentice, who will shadow the fair’s board of directors.
Winners will reign over the 162nd annual Wayne County Fair on Aug. 13-18 in Palmyra, along with public appearances throughout the year.
