The Sweden mother who is accused of decapitating her 7-year-old son was arraigned Friday morning. Hanane Mouhib entered a not guilty plea. The defense attorney says three doctors have agreed she's not competent to proceed.

The Sweden mother who is accused of decapitating her 7-year-old son was arraigned Friday morning.

Hanane Mouhib's defense attorney says three doctors have agreed she's not competent to proceed.

Mouhib who is charged with murdering Abraham Cardenas was brought into the State Supreme Court in a wheelchair.

A not guilty please was entered for the mother.

Investigators say the murder happened at Mouhib's home on South Lake road in Sweden last month.

They are still trying to figure out the motive.

Mouhib will continue to be held in the central New York Psychiatric Center near Utica, without bail.

She's due back in court for a status hearing on August 13.
